    What we ship

    Cervana, where your customers are.

Not a SaaS chat widget. A real voice agent that lives on your servers, answers in your customers' languages, and proves where every byte was processed.

    Voice agent

Real-time conversation in 23 languages, each with its own native voice.

    On your servers

Self-hosted on your own infrastructure. Zero outbound API hops. Single deployable artifact.

    Compliance, in receipts

Every action signed, hashed, and replayable. Hand auditors a log, not a vibe check.

    Plugs into your stack

CRMs, telephony, ticketing, contact centers. Webhook out, function-call in. No replatforming.

    What it does

Answers the phone. Places the call. Uses your systems.

Build an agent in the console, pick a voice, claim a number, and go live — without writing code. Or drive the whole thing from the API.

    Inbound voice agents

Answer every call, 24/7, on your own numbers or your existing SIP trunk. Transfer to a human, look things up, take booking requests, end the call cleanly.

    Outbound calling

Appointment reminders, follow-ups, and business outreach. Consent-attested, paced to your plan's line count, with AI disclosure spoken on every call and do-not-call honoured permanently.

    Web widget

The same agent on any website with one script tag, locked to your origin. No phone number required.

    Your systems, mid-call

Point the agent at a lookup webhook, or connect your own MCP server so it can use your tools while the caller is still on the line.

    Website grounding

Point the agent at your site and it answers from your own published wording — including JavaScript-rendered pages.

    Call recordings

Every call recorded, playable and downloadable in the console, alongside the full transcript.

    Voice cloning

Clone a voice with Cervana Melo — documented speaker consent required, always, with no exceptions.

    Cervana Studio

The same models as creator tools — generate and clone voice, dub a script into another language, and turn audio into subtitles that keep their timings.

    On-premise & air-gapped

The same product, self-hosted on your own hardware. No outbound AI calls to make an exception for, because there are none.

Booking requests are captured and logged for human follow-up — the agent does not write to your calendar on its own. Full API reference and guides at docs.cervanaai.com.

    The problem

Voice AI wasn't built for the enterprise.

    01

Your call data is leaving the country.

Most voice AI vendors route audio through US-hosted LLMs and third-party ASR. For regulated buyers, that is a compliance dead-end.

    02

You're renting infrastructure you can't audit.

Black-box APIs mean no audit trail you control, no incident forensics, and no way to prove to a regulator at 2am where the audio actually went.

    03

A vendor outage is your outage.

When the provider goes down, so do your bookings, your support, and your revenue. You cannot afford a single point of failure.

    Data sovereignty

Your data never leaves the building.

Cervana is the only voice AI purpose-built for buyers who are answerable to a regulator. You decide where the workload runs and what it's allowed to touch.

    Deploy where you need to.

On-premise, private VPC, or regional dedicated cloud. Same agent, same quality, wherever your compliance team needs the workload to live.

    • Single-tenant infra
    • Air-gapped option
    • Customer-managed keys

    Residency by default.

Audio, transcripts, and embeddings never leave the deployment they were created in. Run in our EU cloud, or entirely on your own hardware.

    • EU deployment · EU data residency
    • On-premise, including air-gapped
    • UAE CBUAE Circular 3/2025

    Zero-exfil architecture.

Speech recognition, language, and voice are all our own models. There are zero third-party AI API calls — no rented model to leak to, no vendor to trust.

    • Zero third-party AI APIs
    • GDPR · DSGVO · PDPPL
    Compliance

Built for the buyer who has to answer for it.

The hard part of voice AI in a regulated business is not the conversation — it is proving where the data went. Because every model in the pipeline is ours, that answer is short.

    GDPR, with EU residency

Run in an EU deployment where audio, transcripts, and derived data stay in the EU — or on your own hardware, where they never leave your building at all.

    UAE CBUAE Circular 3/2025

Financial-services data residency. Our on-premise deployment satisfies it, which a cloud-only vendor structurally cannot.

    Consent for every cloned voice

Documented speaker consent is required before a voice can be cloned. No exceptions, no self-serve workaround.

    Outbound that behaves

Spoken AI disclosure on every call, local calling hours respected, business lines only in the cold lane, and do-not-call requests suppressed permanently.

    Isolated and encrypted

Tenant isolation, per-key authentication, a WAF in front, and encrypted storage behind it.

    Aligned, not yet certified

Our controls are built to align with SOC 2 and ISO 27001. We are not certified against either yet — both audits are funded and on the roadmap. We would rather you read that here than discover it in procurement.

    How it works

    From kickoff to live calls,
    in days.

    1. 01

You bring your data. We bring the agent.

Point Cervana at your knowledge base, CRM, scheduling system, or phone number. No data leaves your perimeter.

    2. 02

Trained on your voice, your policies.

We co-author the agent with your team in days, not quarters. Tone, escalation logic, regulated language — all version-controlled.

    3. 03

      Live in production, auditable end-to-end.

Full call logs, transcripts, and evidence trails stay on your infrastructure. Ship to compliance reviewers with one click.

    Verticals

    Built for regulated work.

Cervana ships with vertical-specific workflows, escalation rules, and regulated language that pass internal audit on day one.

    Financial services

Onboarding, KYC follow-ups, card support. In-region, fully logged.

    Healthcare

Booking, triage, refills. HIPAA-aligned, no PHI leaves your tenant.

    Government & utilities

Citizen intake, case routing, outage status. Sovereign by default.

    Hospitality & F&B

    Reservations, cancellations, multilingual guest experience.

    Real estate

Lead qualification, viewing bookings, follow-ups that feel human.

    Field services

Dispatch, scheduling, technician check-ins across every shift.

    Hear Cervana

    Listen to a real call.

Unedited recordings from production. No scripts, no cherry-picking.

    FAQ

    Questions CTOs and CISOs ask.

The technical and compliance answers, written by the engineering team. No marketing fluff.

    What is on-premise voice AI?

On-premise voice AI is voice AI that runs on the customer's own servers — physical hardware in their data center or virtual machines in their private cloud — instead of the vendor's cloud. Every component (speech-to-text, the language model, text-to-speech, the call orchestrator, the audit log) executes inside the customer's network perimeter, with no outbound calls to public APIs. Cervana is on-premise voice AI.

    What is sovereign voice AI?

Sovereign voice AI is voice AI where the customer retains full jurisdictional control over the data processed by the system. That means the model runs in a region the customer chooses, the audio and transcripts never leave that region, and the customer can prove all of this to a regulator with signed audit logs. Cervana ships sovereign by default — every deployment is single-tenant, in a region you pick, with cryptographic egress proof.

How is Cervana different from cloud voice AI vendors?

Cloud voice AI vendors host every component on their own infrastructure — calls and transcripts pass through their servers under their terms of service. Cervana is the on-premise alternative: you run the same class of voice models entirely on your own infrastructure. No data leaves your perimeter, no third-party SaaS terms apply to your call data, and you get audit logs you can hand to a regulator. Same model quality, your servers.

How is Cervana different from cloud orchestration platforms?

Cloud orchestration platforms wire calls between your phone provider and external LLM/TTS APIs — your call data passes through their stack plus every external vendor in the chain. Cervana is the on-premise alternative: a single-tenant deployment that runs the orchestrator, the LLM, and the voice models all inside your network, with no external API hops during a call.

    Is Cervana GDPR-compliant?

Yes. Cervana deployments in the EU run on EU-resident infrastructure with no cross-border data transfers, give the customer full data controller rights, redact PII from transcripts on the fly, and ship with signed audit logs covering every call. We support DPAs, sub-processor disclosure (typically: none, since the deployment is single-tenant), and right-to-erasure workflows.

Does Cervana send any data to public AI APIs?

No. A standard Cervana deployment has zero outbound API connections during a live call. The speech-to-text, language model, and text-to-speech all run inside your perimeter. The egress gate physically blocks outbound traffic to public AI APIs and writes a signed log entry every time something is blocked. You can verify this with tcpdump or your own audit tooling.

    What languages does Cervana support?

Cervana speaks 23 languages: English, German, Arabic, Slovenian, Urdu, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Greek, Polish, Russian, Turkish, Hindi, Malay, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese. Each language has its own native voice, and ten named voices carry one identity across all of them. Arabic, German, Slovenian, and Urdu run on our own natively-tuned voices.

How does Cervana handle PII (personal identifiable information)?

PII redaction is enabled by default. Cervana's pipeline detects names, emails, phone numbers, account numbers, and government IDs in real time and replaces them with redaction tokens before they hit the LLM or the persisted transcript. The original audio is encrypted at rest and access-logged. Redaction rules are configurable per industry (banking, healthcare, government).

Can I self-host Cervana in the EU?

Yes. Cervana runs in an EU deployment with EU data residency, or on the customer's own infrastructure — private tenant, bare metal, or fully air-gapped. Because every model in the pipeline is ours, there are no third-party AI API calls reaching outside your perimeter, and your audio and transcripts never leave it.

What hardware does Cervana need to run on-premise?

Cervana runs on standard GPU server hardware in your data center or private cloud, and scales horizontally for higher call concurrency. The exact footprint depends on your call volume, language mix, and latency targets. Reach out via the contact page and we'll size a deployment to your workload.

Is Cervana ready for the EU AI Act?

Yes. Cervana ships with the technical documentation required by the EU AI Act for limited-risk and high-risk AI systems: model cards, training data summaries (where applicable), risk assessments, human-oversight controls, and incident-logging hooks. We provide a compliance pack on request for legal and procurement teams.

How does Cervana handle DORA compliance for financial services?

Cervana's deployment model maps to DORA's ICT third-party risk framework: as on-premise software, Cervana is not a critical ICT third-party in your supply chain — your own infrastructure team operates the runtime. We provide DORA-aligned change-management logs, incident-reporting hooks, and resilience-test artifacts. Several EU banks evaluating us have used this framing successfully with their CISOs.
